An Annual Maintenance Contract with Ornate covers preventive maintenance, break-fix support, and on-call assistance for your IT infrastructure over a fixed annual term. Instead of budgeting reactively for every breakdown, you pay a predictable annual fee and we take responsibility for keeping things running.
Our AMCs are built for enterprises that cannot afford unplanned downtime: hospitals, banks, PSUs, manufacturing plants, retail chains and hospitality groups. We tailor the coverage, response times and stocking levels to your actual operational risk, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Both models include preventive maintenance visits, remote and on-site support, and single-point-of-contact escalation.
Parts and labour, fully covered.
Everything in a standard AMC, plus replacement parts and consumables (excluding a defined list). Best suited for critical systems where downtime is expensive and unplanned spares budgets are a headache.
